What is your role at Avison Young?
Senior Consultant, Office Leasing.
How did you get into commercial real estate?
In my family environment there were many points of contact with the real estate sector. So I did my first internship at an advertising agency that specialised in advertising in the real estate sector. Shortly after, I started my training at a large international brokerage firm before joining Avison Young as one of the first office leasing agents back in 2015.
Share an example of a time you delivered economic, social and environmental value to your clients, colleagues or community?
We’ve seen drivers of change for a long time, but through COVID-19 in particular, we’ve found that clients and advisors have moved even closer together because what unites us is the same challenge we face and have to master today. In the past few months, we’ve increasingly focused on hybrid workplace models and jointly developed solutions to combine economic, social, and environmental components. In the future, sustainable buildings with task-oriented working environments will become more and more important. It’s not only become the corporate philosophy of companies to reduce their carbon footprint, but to also create a place where employees and new talent feel comfortable and productive, and communication with each other is a priority.
How do you see our Purpose reflected in your day-to-day work?

How has Avison Young supported you in bringing Brand Purpose to life in your work?
Every day I get to work with the new tools that are available and it’s incredibly effective to use them with clients. We receive a lot of enthusiasm and it’s been great!
