What is your role at Avison Young?
Principal, Consulting, Project Management, Construction and Development Management.
How did you get into commercial real estate?
I have a personal passion for commercial real estate, and my previous Facilities Management roles included real estate and construction accountability.
Share an example of a time you delivered economic, social and environmental value to your clients, colleagues or community?
Avison collaborated and engaged personally and professionally to provide multi-disciplined services for a not for profit client in Edmonton Alberta - EMCN Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers. Brokerage, Financial and Mortgage Services, Consulting, Workplace Strategies, Project and Construction Management Services for leased space (55,000 SF) and for the purchase and renovation of a 2nd facility 22,000 SF. EMCN is a not for profit organization providing community cased life skills training and education to adults, youth, and families new to Edmonton and to Canada.
