What is your role at Avison Young?

How did you get into commercial real estate?

After my A-levels, I had the opportunity to do a traineeship in an estate agency. Since it was so much fun, I started a real estate apprenticeship directly afterward. In my family environment, there were many points of contact with the real estate sector, so I did my first internship at an advertising agency that specialized in the real estate sector. Shortly after, I started my training at a large international brokerage firm before joining Avison Young as one of the first office leasing agents back in 2015.

Share an example of a time you delivered economic, social and environmental value to your clients, colleagues or community?

I support my colleagues, company, and customers in a variety of ways. I know how to earn money, I’m very empathetic (which helps my social competence), and I attach importance to not wasting resources.

How do you see our Purpose reflected in your day-to-day work?

I aim to represent the company in the best possible way through reliability and commitment. I also integrate the ecological aspect into my daily work and put the customer and their needs in the foreground in order to be able to offer the best possible service.

How has Avison Young supported you in bringing Brand Purpose to life in your work?

Through the roadshows held by the Managing Directors, the Brand Purpose was very clearly illustrated. With over 20 years of experience, I know how to adapt these topics so that we can implement and live the Brand Purpose as quickly as possible.
