What is your role at Avison Young?

Project Manager.

How did you get into commercial real estate?

On a tenant fit out as a supplier to trades, I kept wondering who was representing the client on these projects? I kept digging and found AY's name through the grapevine and voila.

Share an example of a time you delivered economic, social and environmental value to your clients, colleagues or community?

Often times our fees are questioned by clients on the value of the fee. We have been able to delivery economic value worth more than our fee in many projects through outright savings, schedule efficiencies, and mitigating operational downtime.

How do you see our Purpose reflected in your day-to-day work?

Making positive change to clients way of working by being their trusted partner in creating high performance environments.

How has Avison Young supported you in bringing Brand Purpose to life in your work?

By demonstrating the commitment of the brand directly from leadership (top down). Being principal owned, we are able to leverage additional resources directly without having to go around circles finding out who to get help from.
