What is your role at Avison Young?

I support a team of Project Managers in Philadelphia, PA, as a Marketing Coordinator. A few of my tasks involve creating digital and print promotional material, as well as assembling responses to RFPs/RFIs. I also support other Project Managers across the company for AY initiatives and perform information gathering/sharing tasks.

How did you get into commercial real estate?

I began my career in commercial real estate when I started with Avison Young, about 4 years ago. I really enjoy the entrepreneurial atmosphere.

Share an example of a time you delivered economic, social and environmental value to your clients, colleagues or community?

Professionally, I help Project Managers collect and share information that keep Avison Young's brand purpose at the forefront of decisions relating to services for our clients.

How do you see our Purpose reflected in your day-to-day work?

Everything we do, is for a client, or person who is often a decision maker, which affects others down the line and I believe my colleagues realize that.

How has Avison Young supported you in bringing Brand Purpose to life in your work?

I found a sense of community with like-minded individuals who understand and believe that Avison Young's purpose is important. It makes "living" and working for the purpose, easy.
