How did you get into commercial real estate?

I've always been in project management (last 25 years) since I got out of University. A friend at University helped me get a summer job for an Owner/Manager in the downtown core.

Share an example of a time you delivered economic, social and environmental value to your clients, colleagues or community?

Often, we refocus scopes of works around the real needs of our clients. This helps reduce costs by removing a lot of the "non-essential" elements that professionnals often try to sell to our clients.

How do you see our Purpose reflected in your day-to-day work?

I try to help my clients, as much as I can, with their issues, either being operational, technical or organizational.
