How did you get into commercial real estate?

I am a licensed Architect that started her career in architecture, but knew wanted to project manage early on. Spent 12 years practicing architecture and 3 years ago decided to switch over to project management through the help of an old college friend.

Share an example of a time you delivered economic, social and environmental value to your clients, colleagues or community?

Since COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our normal way of life in the recent months, I am currently working with clients that want to push the boundaries during this period of shift to explore concepts on hybrid workplace models which promote collaboration, operational strategies, activity based design and offers working environments that address economic, social and environmental values through advanced technology.

How do you see our Purpose reflected in your day-to-day work?

Avison Young has given me the opportunity to work on interesting projects with clients that want to push boundaries addressing people focus. technology, the environment, and operational and community impact strategies.

How has Avison Young supported you in bringing Brand Purpose to life in your work?

The leaders I work with on a day-to-day basis provide support for me on a professional and personal basis. I've built relationships that provide me the knowledge base that I need to excel on my projects and have helped expand my professional network.
