How did you get into commercial real estate?

I was looking for a part-time job on the phone during my studies (sys. musicology) and ended up at V&Cie in 2010. I ended up staying in the field!

Share an example of a time you delivered economic, social and environmental value to your clients, colleagues or community?

For me, cohesion among colleagues has always been very important. I believe that I’m a contact point for my colleagues and their concerns, whether private or professional.

How do you see our Purpose reflected in your day-to-day work?

Tolerance, openness to the world, and diversity are just a few points that are very close to my heart. I am a woman and I have a disability... "hit twice" as they say. Avison Young gives me the chance to really establish myself.

How has Avison Young supported you in bringing Brand Purpose to life in your work?

My international vision has developed a lot over the last few months. I’m a Brand Ambassador and part of the Women’s Network and my activities are also developing, which I really like.
