What is your role at Avison Young?

Project Manager - I manage construction and capital improvements projects for our clients.

How did you get into commercial real estate?

I was previously a contractor that did work for Avison Young and expressed interest in wanting to get involved with them on the construction side. When I visited the office and met the AY staff, I knew this was a special place that I needed to be a part of.

Share an example of a time you delivered economic, social and environmental value to your clients, colleagues or community?

I created a Janitorial division in our company that switched the Janitorial services from being contracted out to being in-house. In doing so we were able to pay the cleaners at a much higher hourly rate and reduce our clients bottom line, which then translated into incredible service for our buildings and tenants.

How do you see our Purpose reflected in your day-to-day work?

After every project I ask myself these 2 questions: Did I exceed my client's expectations? Did this project add value to my Client's Asset?
