This hotel, located in the heart of Wrocław, was built in the early 2000s. Avison Young was the owner’s advisor regarding all technical aspects of the property in 2017-2018. Our goal was to continually optimize value of the building by suggesting and coordinating all necessary amendments. Apart from regular viewings and preparing technical reports, Avison Young professionals were also engaged to conduct project management of the new SPA facility refurbishment, delivered in 2018.
