Avison Young was conducting technical asset management of the hotel property in 2017-2018.
Within the scope of contracted services, Avison Young was overseeing fulfilment of the tenant/operator technical obligations regarding operative issues; was preparing the annual technical budget for the landlord, was selecting service providers (e.g. construction companies for individual measures and technical assessors), was collecting offers, ssueing tenders and was representing the landlord with respect to all aspects of the property’s technical life-cycle.
