Will White is a seasoned commercial real estate professional specializing in the North Georgia region. Will joined Avison Young in 2021 as part of the acquisition of The Simpson Company of Georgia, Inc., where he began his career in 1998 as the company’s first sales associate. Over the course of his career, Will has successfully completed over 600 transactions, with a total consideration in excess of $900M. His track record spans a variety of property types, including industrial, retail, office, income-producing assets, churches, large residential acreage tracts, and timber/recreational land. His extensive experience, combined with advanced investment analysis tools and deep market knowledge, allows him to guide clients through critical decisions to buy, sell, or lease properties in any geographic area.

Will’s expertise extends throughout Hall, Banks, Lumpkin, Elbert, and Franklin Counties, where he has built strong relationships with local and national stakeholders. In 2019, he earned his Broker’s License and continues to be recognized for his consistent success in commercial real estate.

Actively engaged in the community, Will serves on multiple boards, including SiSu Integrated Early Learning, J’s Place, One Hall Housing Authority, and Young Life Hall County, while mentoring youth through The Whispering Angels Youth Ranch and Gainesville High School’s football program. He is also a graduate of Leadership Hall County and a long-time member of The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce.

Will is currently pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation through the CCIM Institute and is a member of the CCIM Georgia Chapter. He also maintains active membership with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and has achieved multi-million-dollar sales volume every year of his career.

A lifelong resident of Gainesville, Georgia, Will resides there with his two children, Mattie and Jasey, and attends Lakewood Baptist Church.
