Tristan joined Avison Young in 2021 following his graduation from NAIT with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a major in finance. Initially, Tristan served as an associate on the debt and equity finance team, where he played an essential role in the analysis, underwriting, marketing and funding of real estate loans, contributing to transactions totaling over $200 million.
In his current capacity, Tristan specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in Calgary. He has been involved in a multitude of building and land sales, as well as lease transactions, serving both landlords and tenants. Tristan's professional approach, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail are the cornerstones of his commitment to fulfilling his clients' needs and achieving outstanding results for all parties involved.
