As Associate Director of Project Management Services for the Southern California region, Travis Slunaker is responsible for the construction management of tenant improvements, engineering and operations of facilities, and asset repositioning. In addition, Travis oversees the tracking of all capital expenditures against project budgets and contract commitments, as well as direct responsibility for compliance with due diligence on acquired assets throughout the region. 

Travis works closely with architects and engineering firms and has overseen single projects ranging from $18 to $20 million. Travis has also completed ground-up construction throughout his career.

Travis brings more than 25 years of diversified real estate experience in asset management, construction management, and development.  Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Travis held the position of Project Manager for Transwestern (RREEF) where he managed numerous tenant improvement and capital improvement projects valued at more than $8 million. These projects included commercial office, industrial, retail, and restaurant assets.
