Terry W. Smith is an Executive Vice President with Avison Young’s Nashville office. Terry has been involved in over $4.1 billion of leasing and sales transactions since 1985. Terry has extensive knowledge of commercial, industrial and healthcare real estate and carried the office and industrial designation with the Society of Office & Industrial Realtors where he served on the National Board of Directors. Terry was recognized by the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) for distinguished deals in 1999, 2002, 2007, 2008 and 2010. Prior to joining Avison Young, Terry was a Principal with Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone.
