With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting, finance, development, and construction, Temi is a seasoned professional renowned for his expertise in property management accounting, asset management accounting, financial planning, and analysis. His comprehensive skill set includes proficiency in joint venture financial modeling, commercial property assessment, and finance system implementation.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Temi served as Fund Controller at a large commercial real estate firm in their Los Angeles office, Director of JV Finance for the Hyde Group in London, and Commercial Finance Director for London Media Rooms. His adeptness in fostering strategic relationships and implementing streamlined financial practices underscores his commitment to driving organizational success.
