Susan joined Avison Young August 2024 bringing 30 years experience in the residential / mixed use property management industry.  Through Susan’s commitment and passion for her clients she has created long term client retention.  Some of her strengths include great organization, relationship building, problem solving, leadership, effective communication, and compassion for the clients.  Susan served on the Board of Directors as Vice President and President of the Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA) for 7 years and was also the recipient of the PAMA Property Manager of the Year Award in 2015.  Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with her family and friends and the outdoors.
