Sue Vannasing is the Senior Administrative Specialist, US Property Management at Avison Young. In her role, Sue works closely with Randel Waites, Principal and Managing Director of US Property Management, Patty Proshek, the Director of Property Accounting, and Gina Iverson, the Director of Operations, on various team initiatives and projects as the Operations Administrator for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) national business unit.

Sue originally joined Avison Young’s Downtown Los Angeles office in May 2019 as a Marketing Coordinator for a brokerage team. She collaborated on several client deliverables, from preparing marketing collateral, trade area research, customized client reports, proposals, financial analysis, and analytical mapping projects. In 2022, she was promoted to Insight Analyst for the Innovation & Insight team supporting the Southern California Region to craft data-based, analytically informed market analyses.

Sue is a San Jose State University graduate and has held a CA Real Estate Salesperson license since 2003. She is a California native and an experienced administrative, marketing, and research professional, having worked at companies such as Transamerica, Soho House, WSS, and Citigroup.
