Shelby Milow joined Avison Young’s Austin office in 2023 as a Client Services Coordinator. She is responsible for creating and producing client specific packages, presentations, and proposals. Assisting with preparation, coordination, and assembly of marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, email communications, invitations, signage, and announcements, while maintaining the Avison Young brand throughout all projects. Additionally, she conducts market information research through various sources including CRM and third-party databases and prepares property availability surveys and other applicable research and marketing collateral for the Austin Brokers.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Shelby has demonstrated her expertise in marketing and administrative support within the residential real estate industry. As a Client Care Coordinator to a team at Realty Austin, she orchestrated successful client events, managed communications, and tracked key performance metrics to ensure team goals were met. Prior to that, as an Admin Assistant II/Marketing Manager at Better Homes & Gardens – Gary Greene, she efficiently managed office tasks, organized events, and facilitated marketing efforts for a large team of agents. Additionally, her 4-year experience as a Property Manager at Internacional Realty equipped her with strong leadership and operational skills, enabling her to oversee sustainable business operations and cultivate positive tenant relationships while excelling in sales and customer relations, consistently meeting leasing targets and delivering exceptional service to current & prospective tenants.
