Professional Profile

As the Director of Finance and Operations for the Washington, DC region, Sarah is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland offices, including administration, finance and accounting, facilities management and human resource functions.

Before Avison Young, Sarah was the Business Operations Manager for Grubb & Ellis’ Baltimore/Washington, DC region where she was responsible for managing the transaction services operations of the offices.  Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Sarah served as the Operations Manager for the Washington, DC metro region’s asset services group at CB Richard Ellis, which she joined as a result of the July 2003 merger with Insignia/ESG.
