Sam joined Avison Young in 2025 as an Analyst supporting the National Industrial Capital Markets Group. He brings multiple years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in valuations, due diligence, investment analytics, and corporate finance.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Sam was an analyst at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he focused on global real estate valuations and consulting.
