As a key member of the Valuation Advisory Services Team, Ryan provides expert appraisal and valuation consulting, alongside comprehensive market analysis reports for a diverse range of property types across the nation.

Before joining Avison Young, Ryan earned his degree in Real Estate and Finance from Cornell University’s prestigious School of Hotel Administration. His professional experience includes a private equity internship with Kushner Companies, where he gained valuable insights into real estate investment, as well as hands-on experience working with his family on a 1031 exchange transaction.
