With over 10 years’ experience in the property industry, Ray has gained the experience to offer quality professional advice in valuations, negotiations and property sales. Ray is a full member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) & The European Association of Real Estate Professionals (MCEPI). In addition, he is member of The European Group of Valuers Association (TEGoVA) and has been accredited by the association as a TEGoVA Residential Valuer.

In 2017 Ray successfully passed the California Department of Real Estate licensing exam and in 2023 completed the BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management programme delivered by the University College of Estate Management.
