Poonam Sharma joined Avison Young's Dallas office as Project Manager in late 2022 from the New York office where she managed all aspects of projects from pre-design to post-occupancy while providing client satisfaction, leadership and accountability.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Poonam functioned as a Project Manager at a flexible workspace firm where she managed all aspects of projects from initial real estate due diligence walkthroughs, contract negotiations, proposal and fee negotiation to conceptual design through construction administration while coordinating and maintaining relationships with consultants, landlord and building officials, general contractors, and customers for multiple assets around New York City.

In the past Poonam has worked for various consulting and general contracting firms where she honed diverse skills in all phases of construction project management such as cost controls, risk analysis, budgeting, scheduling and quality control while working on multiple, simultaneous projects.
