Our newest addition to the AY Winnipeg team hails from the world of multi-family development. With over a decade of design, building and developing experience, Pascal offers clients insights on sourcing development offerings that are vetted for economic viability. Pascal led the development team for one of Canada’s largest multi-family developers for over 6 years, managing all land acquisitions, financing and development approvals. His Canada wide network of design/engineering professionals, urban planning officials, elected municipal/provincial/federal officials, along with developers and realtors offers a national breadth of experience to AY clients. 

In his spare time, Pascal is an active angler, hunter, farmer and guide. He is passionate about living off the land and sustainable agriculture. As a proud francophone from Manitoba, Pascal volunteers his time to support his community with arts, tourism and economic development organizations in the province. He is currently President of the Board of Directors for Enterprise Riel and volunteers with Festival du Voyageur as an artist ambassador. He also offers guided historic tours of Winnipeg from the Red and Assiniboine Rivers with Winnipeg Waterways.
