With more than 20 years of experience in administrative management, operations, sales and systems management, Pamela MacIver serves as Regional Operations Manager for Avison Young's New England offices.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Pamela was Human Resources/Office Manager supporting the CEO. In these roles, she was responsible for tracking all investments and trust accounts, managing and hiring administrative staff, administering benefit plans, coordination and implementation of employment policies, and tracked commercial and residential rent rolls and leases as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business.

Before Metric, Pamela was Operations Manager at RAK Investments, AMCAT, CIBER,  and Syntroleum Corp. where she managed the operations of the companies and was Sales/Marketing Manager at SCIFIT/TIC, Inc.
