Otilia has more than 9 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate, having the advantage of being part of both Landlord and Tenant representation transaction process. Prior to joining Avison Young, Otilia coordinated the leasing process of 6 major office developments in Bucharest as Landlord Representative which gives her a unique perspective into how landlords operate and negotiate. Throughout her real estate career, she was involved in transaction of more than 130,000 sqm of offices within the Romanian market. She also brings Asset Management expertise, being involved also in the fit-out execution process and handover of the premises to the tenants.

With respect to her education, she is currently part of the 2021-2023 cohort of the WU Wien Executive MBA. In addition, she holds a double Master’s degree in Business Consultancy from University of Salerno (Erasmus Exchange Program) and University of Bucharest, RO.
