Recent projects include the acquisition of 39 Victoria Street SW1 for Parliamentary Estates - at 95,000 sq ft this was the largest letting in Victoria in 2015; the acquisition of 35,000 sq ft at 10 Hammersmith Grove W6 for the new HQ of UKTV and the letting of 365,000 sq ft scheme 6 Pancras Square N1 to Google.
