Nick Milano is the Business Controller for Avison Young’s U.S. Real Estate Management Services (REMS) Group. In this role, he collaborates closely with the Property Management and Accounting teams to oversee financial operations, optimize processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Nick brings extensive experience in property accounting, financial analysis, and business operations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Stony Brook University and began his career at Brookhaven National Laboratory. His professional journey spans both public and private companies before he founded his own property management business, which he successfully grew over a decade to include real estate brokerage and business brokerage services before selling it.

With a keen eye for financial strategy, process automation, and profitability monitoring, Nick plays a vital role in aligning REMS financial operations with Avison Young’s corporate objectives. His hands-on experience across various facets of real estate management positions him as a valuable resource for both internal teams and clients.
