Morgan joined Avison Young in August 2024 as Director, Investment Valuation and Advisory, Canada. With over 8 years of experience in the valuation and underwriting of various types of commercial assets, her primary strength is in the valuation of income-producing asset classes such as, institutionally owned industrial and mixed- use assets, as well as unique properties. In addition, Morgan has experience working with clients in various Court and Arbitration type filings concerning market rents studies, and scenario analyses.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Morgan held progressively senior roles with Altus Group – most recently as Senior Consultant, Valuation & Advisory Services within the Greater Vancouver market. Most recently, Morgan was given sole responsibility for managing national valuation accounts for institutional clients. Prior to her role at Altus Group, Morgan gained real estate experience working in market research with RealNet Canada Inc., a now Altus Group company.

In her current role, Morgan is part of the Canadian Investment Valuation business for Avison Young which services some of the country’s top Canadian Investors. She is a results-oriented team leader, and player, with exceptional communication skills. She takes pride in completing tasks efficiently and accurately. Her work is delivered on time with a high degree of client satisfaction.
