Matthew Perco joined Avison Young in 2021 as an Associate in the Southwestern Ontario office. Matthew has a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in real estate and housing from the University of Guelph. During his time at the University of Guelph, he also built and operated a company focusing on exterior maintenance for property management clients. Matthew is eagerly working towards becoming a licensed broker with Avison Young.
