Matt joined Avison Young in 2021 as the Research Coordinator for the office division, where he was responsible for maintaining and analyzing the availabilities database for the Metro Vancouver office market and providing the office division with survey reports tailored for their clients’ needs. During this initial role he gained an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of real estate and the Metro Vancouver market.
Matt transitioned into a Sales Assistant role in 2022, working alongside Matt Thomas, specializing in the North Shore market with a focus on investment sales and leasing for all asset classes. His strong work ethic and analytical skills allow him to provide exceptional service to his clients, creating lasting relationships and helping them with all of their real estate needs.
Before joining Avison Young, Matt graduated from the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Entrepreneurship.
