His relationship-based approach to client service allows him to develop trust, and foster positive communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve expected results. Mark has successfully completed large capital, complex projects with demanding scope, schedule, quality and cost expectations, growing valued relationships and skills. 

Mark has established program management protocols, developed standardized processes and reporting related to customized dashboards and KPIs for both his large and small clients. He has strong contract management skills, administering the terms of the assigned construction contracts on behalf of clients, providing supervision and guidance to constructions sites, inspectors, and ensuring ongoing adherence to health and safety policies in accordance with the authority having jurisdiction.
