Her commitment to leasing was formalized on 2002 when Linda secured her Certified Leasing Officer (CLO) designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. At a local level, Linda has successfully assisted her Avison Young associates throughout the country with their Tenant Representation mandates in both acquiring new sites and lease renewals. A few notable office transactions include MNP (39,000 sf), KPMG (26,000 sf) and ClaimsPro (15,600 sf).
