Since passing his APC in July 2020, Leigh has re-joined the Capital Markets team. During his graduate rotations Leigh worked in the Valuation, Industrial Agency and Capital Markets teams gaining transactional and professional experience over a wide range of asset classes.

Leigh is responsible for providing specialist acquisition, disposal and speculative funding advice to institutional, corporate and property company investor clients. He is responsible for modelling complex speculative developments through scenario and cash flow analysis.
