With more than 13 years of industry experience, Lee Shain, Senior Project Manager for the Carolinas and Tennessee, specializes in all phases of project and construction management including coordinating capital improvements, test fits, and contracting with third-party general contractors, architects, and engineers, creating budgets, and organizing project entitlements and permitting as required for each project.

His previous experience includes managing the design and construction of capital improvements and overseeing tenant improvements as needed for a redevelopment project consisting of 800,000 square feet/40 acres of a mixed-use property comprised of 300,000 square feet of multifamily apartments and 500,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
