Lauren joined Avison Young as a property manager in the Spring of 2016. As property manager of the Sullivan Center, she works directly with the on-site operations and maintenance teams as well as property management executives based in Chicago and across the national management platform.  Additionally, Lauren oversaw both the LEED Gold and WiredScore Gold certification processes for the 1-million-square-foot historic Louis Sullivan-designed office and retail complex.  Since joining Avison Young, Lauren was nominated for, and served as, a BOMA – 2018 TOBY (The Building of the Year Award) Judge.  She was also nominated for the Chicago Loop Alliance (CLA) Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Lauren worked for Joseph Freed and Associates as the Assistant Property Manager of the Sullivan Center where she assisted in re-development of the building from a single-use retail facility to a mixed-use office and retail complex.  Lauren is a  BOMA participant and is currently finalizing her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
