As Vice President at Avison Young’s Montreal office, Kevin Dopp specializes in office and industrial tenant representation in the Greater Montreal Area. He also represents several landlords for the marketing and leasing of office space in Montreal. Kevin’s strong communication skills and analytical approach help him achieve his clients’ objectives.

As a native Montrealer, Kevin possesses in-depth market knowledge, a vast network of contacts and is fully bilingual.

A strong work ethic and a propensity for exceeding his clients’  expectations has helped Kevin secure leases totalling over 500,000 square feet.

Kevin joined Avison Young in 2007, after having worked in software design, software development and sales at CGI (2001-2004) where he held the position of Director, time management solutions.
