Kenneth is a Data Analyst on the Innovation & Insights team at Avison Young and is based out of the Tysons office. 

Kenneth first joined Avison Young as a member of the Mid-Atlantic team in Washington, DC. In that capacity, he broadly worked on maintaining and analyzing data for NNN lease sales, sales comparables, and market reports for the DC metro markets. Kenneth recently transitioned to a role focused specifically on Data Centers across the US. He is now tasked with adding all hyperscale data center properties into Avant and creating market reports specific to data centers for all major US markets, in addition to working on routine data tasks.

Kenneth’s areas of expertise include SQL querying, ThoughtSpot, and open-source research in addition to Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Kenneth worked at GEICO on the Product Management team, where he worked on business analysis with a focus on the New York region.

Kenneth is originally from New Jersey, but also lived in Orlando, FL for many years. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rice University.
