Karina Beaudoin joined Avison Young’s team in 2022, working alongside Michael Farrell, Gord Robson and Ilya Tihanenoks. Focusing on the core industrial markets, she assists in the sale and leasing of commercial properties and industrial zoned land. She specializes in industrial sales and leasing, marketing strategy, client coordination, reporting and transaction management.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Karina worked at an award-winning real estate marketing agency in Vancouver.
