Judd Smith is an Atlanta-based commercial real estate advisor with over 15 years of experience.  A Vice President with Avison Young, Canada’s largest independently owned full-service real estate firm, Judd has represented a diverse group of regional to national corporations.  His practice focus on a menu of tailored services delivering clients a “strategy to implementation” solution that aligns short-term decisions with their long-term strategy.

Judd provides expertise to corporate users through a menu of tailored services: real estate consulting, portfolio optimization, supply chain/distribution optimization, and location/labor/incentives economics.

Before joining Avison Young, Judd was a JLL Industrial team member.  Judd grew up in East Cobb, attended Furman University, and graduated from the University of Georgia. While at Furman, he was a member of the 1988 National Football Champion team and a founding member of the Sigma Chi Iota Nu chapter.   As an honorary life member, he is actively involved in the community with the Rotary Club of Marietta. When Judd is not working or volunteering, he enjoys time with his family and traveling.
