Jordan Powell joined Avison Young in early 2020 as Vice President having closed over $300 million in Retail, Land and Multifamily transactions throughout the Southeast. With a 10-year track record in the industry and an elevated attention to detail, Jordan assists landlords with the valuation, sale and purchase of commercial real estate primarily in the Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama markets. Joining Lisa Maki and Mike Jacobs on an already well-established team in the industry, Jordan uses his background in the retail and shopping center world to round out the Capital Markets team’s expertise in all asset classes. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jordan spent the previous six years working for several retail brokerage firms in San Diego, Dallas and Nashville. Jordan attended San Diego State University where he received a degree in Finance from what is now known as the Fowler School of Business.
