Jessica S. Alexander brings more than sixteen years of transaction management, client relations, research and market experience to the Avison Young Capital Markets team led by Principal Darrell L. Betts, CCIM. As Project Coordinator, she provides the team with assignment management oversight of the complete marketing process, client services and new business development, project research and analysis, property marketing and coordination of the due diligence/closing process.

Alexander has had an extensive and impressive career with notable commercial real estate companies. Prior to joining Avison Young, she served as Transaction Specialist for the office investment brokerage team comprised of Darrell L. Betts, CCIM and David Chuoke within the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield. Her previous experience also includes serving as Senior Analyst, Research for Thompson National Properties, LLC, where she worked closely with the Chief Investment Officer, assisting with the acquisition process and serving as Office Manager to the Thompson National Properties’ Houston office location. Before joining Thompson National Properties, LLC, Alexander worked with the Betts-Farber Investment Team at Grubb & Ellis Company as a Market Associate utilizing her research experience to profile potential investors. She maintained relationships with prospects and clients to generate new business. Her career with Grubb & Ellis also includes serving as the Database Coordinator for their Research & Client Services Group, where she was an integral member of Southern Client Services group, analyzing real estate market data related to properties, listings, tenants and comparable transactions for all real estate divisions for the company’s internal data warehouse. Grubb & Ellis Company recognized Alexander as Employee of the Year for 2004.
