Jeffrey Spencer joined Avison Young’s Memphis office in 2022 as Director of Building Services. In this role, he is responsible for the daily operation and management of custodial services, ensuring standards are met, performing quality checks, and training staff on proper procedures.

With more than twenty years in sales, most recently with Cardinal Health, Jeffrey brings an extensive history of leadership, management, and coaching experience to the firm. He also previously worked as a General Manager with Square One, where he managed the company’s construction, maintenance, and cleaning service lines for commercial clients. Jeffrey has received numerous accolades throughout his career recognizing his success and commitment to his work.
