Jake Smith joined Avison Young as the Administrative Coordinator for Chicago in the Summer of 2024. As part of the operations and administration team, he focuses on supporting and facilitating operations and administrative processes.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jacob worked at a valuation and transaction advisory firm as a Valuation Analyst specializing in property tax appeal for healthcare properties. He holds a BA in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
