Jack Owens joined Avison Young in the summer of 2021 as a transaction coordinator where he utilized his real estate background to assist the brokerage team and clients. Jack has since entered the brokerage field as an associate with a focus on life science & industrial leasing. Prior to joining the Avison Young team, Jack gained foundational CRE experience through an internship with a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Philadelphia by the name of SSH. While with SSH, Jack worked as a Lease Administrator where he was responsible for abstracting leases within SSH’s portfolio for internal and external distribution. In addition, lease administration; Jack also gained experience in acquisitions, assisting with due diligence and underwriting for several potential investment properties, as well as in asset management and market research.

Jack is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University with a degree in Real Estate. A native of Villanova, PA, Jack attended Radnor High School, which is a short trip from the Conshohocken office.
