Mr. Schramm joined Avison Young as Senior Vice President and Principal in 2009 and has over 35 years experience in commercial real estate. Gary also has a wealth of experience representing some of Canada’s prominent corporations as a tenant representative and corporate real estate advisor.

Before joining Avison Young, Gary began his career at Royal LePage Commercial Inc., where he was consistently in the top 10 nationally. He is recognized as one of the most capable and productive agents in the GTA’s commercial brokerage industry. In April 2000, he was inducted into the Cushman Wakefield LePage Hall of Fame. Gary joined Jones Lang LaSalle as Senior Vice President of the Corporate Solutions Group in Toronto and Mississauga in 2003.

He is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
