Emma joined Avison Young (formerly GVA HOW Planning) in 2014 as a Graduate and has since worked her way up to Associate level. Her role is focused on managing medium and large scale residential, commercial and leisure projects on behalf of house builders and other high-profile developer client across the north west and beyond. Emma has also gained a wide range of experience of promoting large scale strategic sites and running planning appeals on behalf of AY clients.
