Eli Slutsky has joined the New York City office as a CRM Specialist and is providing support as part of our CRM and Information Technology team to drive sales enablement.
His focus at AY will be user adoption, change management, and strategy & process optimization by leveraging the right sales technology and CRE methodologies across the Tri-State and Northeast region.
Eli brings extensive experience as a CRE business development and PropTech Specialist with 8+ years of experience in corporate real estate and tech start-ups driving revenue growth.
He started his career as a tenant-rep broker working for Savills directly after college and joined WeWork’s GTM and sales team where he focused on pursuit strategy for large occupier and workplace requirements. While at WeWork he began specializing in CRM adoption, building sales playbooks & processes.
With dual NY and South-Florida pedigree, Eli loves to spend time outdoors, especially a sunny beach or running the West Side Highway or working out at Chelsea Piers fitness.
You may find him strolling the West Village or riding his bicycle around lower Manhattan and perusing markets for the best produce as he is an enthusiastic home-cook.
Eli is adamant about the intersection of real estate and technology and the future-of-work conversation. A natural pragmatist who enjoys scaling with efficiency and finding how all the puzzle pieces fit together; he enjoys driving revenue & channel partnerships and looks forward to helping AY win more deals and stay on the cutting edge!
