Devon has over 30 years of accounting experience, and has worked extensively in the Servicing, Manufacturing, Yacht Management and Property Management industry, with over 15 years in Multifamily and Commercial Management. In 2009, she was hired by Marquis Association Management as a Senior Accountant to spearhead the establishment of the new accounting department.  During her tenure, she successfully led the accounting department which aided the growth of the Organization from 18 to 65 properties within 5 years. Devon was promoted to Accounting Manager and later to Director of Accounting during her tenure.  In her role, she managed the accounting department as well as prepared financial reports and budgets. She was also responsible for reviewing the financials of all 65 properties in her portfolio. She also piloted the software conversion, moving over 40 properties from Tops Software to Jenark.
